Idris is too old to be the next Bond. That rumor has been floated for over 10 years.

Casino Royale was the best Bond film made IMO.

No time to Die isn't a bad movie, it's better than Quantum of Solace. There are woke elements but I won't ding them for it because I haven't seen a movie this year that hasn't had them.
