This is the one I have at work. Tightens then snaps the extra off at the crimp. Excellent tool.

These things are the BOMB! I never knew they would be so handy. I bought the tool and now use them almost exclusively around the shop in place of plastic zip ties.

For those asking if they can be removed? I ran across this video on YouTube. I haven't tried it yet but we will see. I can't imagine these things will be that easy to cut off??

PSA...strongly recommend wearing gloves when working with these things. They don't play nice.
