    I almost got got. Sneaky sumbuck.

    I was out Saturday picking up the yard so I could cut it, lifted a running board from on of my trucks, ok, no problem, went to lift the other and HELLO!! mr. copperhead!!! Needless to say you can see the end result!

    I was just telling my wife that morning that they were going to be out too.

                  Me too!! Hopefully we will have properly ID'ed the snake by then so that he won't be "peaved" off!

                      That other snake was a rat snake. Go back and look at the bands located across the head. A copperhead has a colid colored head that is always close to the color of a copper penny.
