Just a thought, did the grease plug up the gas holes and running it at 10 PSI not enough pressure to push the grease out

My hose had pulled loose at the feed head and all the gas was leaking out before it got to the nozzle. I just unscrewed the wing nut and pushed it back in and all worked well.

Wish I had seen this sooner. I could offer to stop by and take a look at it. Been welding most of my adult life. Send me a PM if you're still interested.

Thank you Texas grown! I will install my new gun & liner that is arriving tomorrow. As well as check the tension of the roller wire feed. If I'm still having problems I may have to hit you up

Sorry it took soo long to respond.
Old liner had a small bend in it. Wire still appeared to slide smoothly through it, not sure if it affected anything or not.
New gun ran slightly better but still not like it should. So I turned the wire speed way down and instantly it started welding better. Had no idea my setting was that far off. Anyway thank you guys for all the help I appreciate it.

The inner liner gets damaged if its kinked at all (usually where it comes out of the front of the machine). The wire hangs up on it & doesn't come out smooth to make a weld. Bought a new one and it runs like new again.

I’d say this is your problem. Got kinked or dropped something on it.

Thanks for following up, maybe someone can learn from this experience in the future.

Mig machines are handy as a pocket on a shirt when they are working right but they are a pain in the arse when they aren't. Just too many things that it could be.

I ment "Good to hear...". If you still have problems, my offer still stands.
