They were in mesquite about 20 yrs ago and got busted for illegal dumping of carcass in Tawakoni I believe I used them when they were in mesquite with no issues then they were gone for awhile guess changing locations, back in the day they made killer jerky

I have heard they have been sold? Web sight no longer works, they won't answer the phone or return calls when you leave a message. Let us know how your experience goes. We have not used them this year. But, we used them for many years and were very happy.

very good summer sausage and jerky.
they still package in white butcher paper not vacumn seal which is frustrating.
take your head with you or they will throw it away! they did one of my son's heads.

Just had jerky made and it was pretty good. They slice fairly thick and I went with the peppered. Price is excellent.

Turnaround was 3-4 days.

We used them a few times last year. Wasn’t real pleased with the cleanliness of the meat. Our grind seemed to have more hair than I have ever seen in it and so did some of the steaks. I know it’s inevitable to get some, we try and take our quarters in as clean as possible.

We started driving to cinnamon creek and now have used Griggers out in Gorman. Both of those places have returned quality products.

Gorman's in Terrell does have a new owner. They took over at the first of this year.
New owners have cleaned up the place. Recipes for sausage are the same and so is the jerky.
