There is one sitting in Edna that they never finished . Been abandoned for a couple years .

There like any other machine.
1. Finding a long term lease or you need to own the ground it’s on along with a water meter can be challenging.
2. Going to take some time to recoup cost because there not super cheap.
3. Volume, needs to be somewhere we’re it’s actually being used often.
4. Back to location and a area were it won’t be vandalized and broke into once a month

If you can get those 4 things in a line than you can make a decent chunk of passive income on them

Hide your money under your mattress, it will probably work harder for you there as compared to this idea...

I buy all my ice from these places. Not sure if they are a money maker though.
