Lookin for a unicorn…

Looking for a spot on a top end ranch with potential 180”-200” deer. I fully understand they’re hard to find and expect to pay accordingly. Over 30 years experience in south Texas. I’m going on 30 years on the same ranch but it’s not producing what I want. I’ll keep it due to great family owners but I’m looking for just the right place! Prefer something turnkey with community stands, not really interested in a setup where you get two spots and bring in your own feeders and stands. Interested in Maverick, La Salle, Webb, etc….

I can also fill up a 5K-10K acre pasture with 5-10 solid hunters if available….

I've been given a few intros. These unicorns you speak of do I fact exist. I've talked to some folks that have said unicorns and photographic evidence of such. At any rate finding a place that will match your requirements with availability and a manager that you like and also likes you ain't going to be easy. I have faith it can/will happen but its gonna take some effort.

They definitely exist, I just let one go this year due to last minute rule changes. Probably one of the best low fence ranches in the state….

LOL….thx, I’m in no big rush. I have a nice ranch to hunt with great owners. I can come and go as I please. Love the place but haven’t shot anything off of it for about 10 years now. We’re just not growing what I’m looking for. Might take awhile but I’ll be patient until the right fit….
