Generator overload light with no load

I have a Predator 2200 that has run flawlessly for 2yrs. Now it’s idling very low with no load and the overload light is blinking. Producing no power. Pressing the reset button does nothing.

Any ideas?

Put a load on it. Something like a drill or fan or some lights.

I’d definitely try running a drill like mention above and see if that fixes it. I can’t remember off hand but I think you run the drill in reverse by hand.

But it’s sound like your inverter is bad.
