The very good Tech team showed up and a so so Miss St team showed up. Tech wanted this game bad and the others looked like they could care less. Glad for Cumbie. Tech defense was on fire as was was Techs running game.
And yes I know Ms St beat A&M and Tech gave Houston one of their 2 losses, go figure.

The competition wasn’t even close. Tech dominated the trenches on both sides. Kudos to them for showing up and dominating. Leach blew smoke all week, he wanted this one.

Fantastic effort and energy from the TTU squad. The enthusiasm is the thumbprint of Joey McGuire. He couldn’t coach and isn’t an X & O guy, but I believe he rallied the troops.
