Ran into town for a bite.

Back at it. On a terrace peaking over down into this draw. Was a 179” and 210” killed in this section the last 4 years. .
Probably not much action till last hour. Cold out with warm sun on me, gonna have to fight off a nap. [emoji846]

Looks like a good spot.

That is definitely a evening food source spot.

One of my favorite stands is at the end of a terrace that divides a corn field and a bean field.

Back in the timber this morning. With the first day of gun season done and only one very small patch of standing corn within a couple miles we’re hoping the deer come to the timber for”safety”. Lots of good pics from here the last month. Can’t imagine getting skunked two days in a row here. Good luck to everyone in the woods today.

Hot cup of coffee in hand and following along. I am stuck in the city until Thursday then it's 5 days straight in the swamp looking for the donkey wall hanger lol. Good luck today

Pretty this morning. Not very cold, supposed to get to 55 today but then be really cold tomorrow and Monday with highs in low 30’s. Had 4 small bucks come through in single file line. Already off to better start than yesterday.
