new store is awesome. I live up the road from there, have purchased 2 guns from them and have a few close friends that buy from there all the time. both firearms and suppressors.

Just picked up a rifle from them last night! They had in stock in their CA store and transferred it in. The process was fine but the place is a little weird. You have to put your name & phone number into a computer and wait for a salesperson to call you. The worst part is you have to play the little photo game to prove you're not a robot...I guess I'm getting old because it took me 5 minutes to convince their computer that I'm not a robot! You can't just walk up to a counter and start asking questions, they just ignore you until they call your name.

Bought a shotgun from them a few months ago. Great experience.

great store, good enough pricing. used them for 1 purchase, and 1 ffl transfer. Both quick and easy.

Is the store so busy that what they do is necessary?

I’ve been to academy and bass pro when they do the number thing. No one else around besides myself, maybe another customer and a couple employees. Yet none able to help until a number is pulled and called.
