I'm finding many positions are being posted on craigslist now, I saw the President of the local Community College, which tells me many, serious jobs are going there. If you search crazedlist.org you can search multiple CLs at one time. Also post your resume on multiple CLs, you can make it anonymous w/o your name and a blind response email if you want.

Simplyhired.com is a good 'aggregator' web site, it includes job postings from many different web sites all in 1 place.

Good info, my friend... I've also been seeking through indeed.com (it's a wonderful "clearing house" site, that references everything from MONSTER to LADDERS).

Again, appreciate your input... and have prayed for quite a while for your own "success".

Sackett, this would be a great idea for company meetings and morale boosters during these tuff times!!! If anyone has ever heard you speak or read any of your jottings, they already know what an inspiration you can be!

I certainly wish you the best and hope someone on here can set something up to have you talk to their staff.

We could all use a little "boost" nowadays!!

Here's a couple of references: My mother named me "Chip"... Sackett is my pen name, nickname for years.

                        ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

                        Letter of Recommendation
                        For: Chip Green
                        From: Craig Coale
                        Director, Nortel
                        Enterprise Municipal Wireless Solutions
                        To: Whom it may concern

Having had the pleasure of working with Chip over the past several years, and through several business engagements, I have found him to be a unique individual, possessing that very rare, but ever desired characteristic of being able to –get things done-. From a business perspective, what I really need most are those few individuals who can quickly, effectively and systematically rally a team and produce tangible results.

On several events, I have witnessed situations arise which were not within the bounds of a standard area of responsibility. During these events, Chip has always stepped forward, identified the challenge clearly, selected a team, developed a plan and executed quickly. To this end, quick resolutions to these challenges resulted. At the risk of creating a cliché statement, this simple leadership is a virtue of immeasurable value in business operations.

Although a strong leader and asset to business operations, I have also found Chip to be of a high moral character in personal interaction as well. It has become near taboo to mention judgment of an individual on personal characteristics, rather than simple business results, but I strongly disagree with this premise. Chip has demonstrated that he can be trusted not only with projects, but as an individual. He has demonstrated true character when faced with adversity, which translates to an assurance that my customers will be dealt with fairly, honestly and with integrity. Consequently, I know that customer satisfaction and the highest standards of ethics are always maintained in all dealings.

I would highly recommend Chip for a position which requires an individual who can identify a challenge, develop a resolution and most of all, LEAD. An ideal position would require not just a producer of documentation and paperwork, but a producer of constructive, positive results.
