I’ve been using Moultrie mobile cameras for the last year and have had few issues until recently. All three cameras have stopped working and after consulting customer service they decided to replace all three cameras with the new delta model. Since that conversation in September it has been impossible to get them on the phone or get a response by email. I sent the cameras in over a month ago and never got a confirmation email of any kind. Finally today there cameras show up in the mail, but they are refurbished cameras of the same models I sent in. Low and behold, these don’t work either.
