I think it's a coin flip but think Baylor writes the bigger check. Assuming both are open. And i think Dykes is already a done deal and waiting for season to be over like many others are.

If Aranda did leave Baylor, would have to of thought McGuire would've been a likely replacement since he was 1 of 2 finalist when Aranda was hired and associate HC at BU.

Bud if LSU comes knocking you take it! The goal for most is to be the best, you get access to some of the country’s best athletes, facilities, exposure. If it’s all about the money, sure! However aranda doesn’t appear to me to be that guy, he seems to want to continue to progress.

I think LSU has “come knocking” on several doors already and they’re experiencing some of what UT did last couple hires. If it were strictly ball, they’re both pinnacle positions but the amount of outside BS that comes with both schools is a definite deterrent to some of the top choices that are already in good-great jobs.
