Spring Hogs

Howdy, I drew a tag to hunt hogs on some north Texas public this spring. I’ve hunted deer there before and saw lots of hogs hoovering up acorns on oak flats, but obviously that food source won’t be there in March. Any insights regarding where to find hogs in the spring? There’s a good bit of terrain (ridges, high oak flats, cedar clusters, draws, and grassy creek bottoms) at this location so lots of options. Thanks!

They'll be rooting up any left over acorns and pecans from Fall and rooting bermudagrass fields, etc for grubs and the like. Wallows seem to get good use in March when we usually hunt them also.
