158 yrd shot. 30-06 to the shoulder. Busted through low and he was able to send a Hail Mary that connected and got a lung at around 300yrd. Buck was found 50yrd into the woods. Wee thought the Hail Mary shot was a miss. Without it who knows how far he would have gone.
