Go down to the Depot District and check out Big E's BBQ stand one night, if it's still around. Greatness. Whole smoked sausage wrapped in tortilla with brisket, pico, mustard and BBQ sauce. Man i miss that.

Oh man. Was a staple after leaving Blue Light in my college days. Went back last Feb and it was still there. Rolled out of Blue Light after a few apple burners and had two wraps!
