Which one eats better?

Which one eats (tastes) better? Axis, Manchurian Sika, or Barasinga?

Seriously, if Axis is not the best tasting of those three, then I need to get me some Sika or Barasinga! I love Axis; even more than Elk, and Elk is great!

Barasinga is the correct answer. My BIL has them on their ranch. Have tried to stalk with my bow on numerous occasions.
