I smoked a 5lb Boston Butt and it finished three hours before we planned to eat ( right around 200 degrees internal temp). I have it wrapped in foil, in a covered aluminum roasting dish. I placed the whole thing in the smaller double oven we have. I do not have the oven on. You think it will be ok till dinner at 5pm when I plan to pull it apart for pulled pork sandwiches?
