My boy got it done

Yesterday morning was my favorite morning ever in the deer stand. My 8yr old smoked his 1st deer. Shot him with a crossbow. We watched him fall. By far, this little 8pt means more to me than any of my other deer on the wall. I’ve been waitin on this day for a long time. He has put in the work and practice and has been chompin at the bit to get one. Glad we made I was able to get him on one. What makes it even better, this buck was shot approx 40yds from my where I shot my 1st deer and less than 100yds from where my
Dad shot his 1st.
