Proud of my brother

I learned today that he was offered and has accepted the position of Assistant Superintendent of Montgomery Schools. He has been the Montgomery HS principal for the past 11 years. Since his arrival there his only direction for the school and his students has been up!

He began coaching out of college and was able to be an assistant coach under Emory Bullard at Westfield HS during his coaching days. He entered into administration in Spring ISD shortly thereafter. He was an assistant principal as Spring HS, his alma mater, and watched his 25 year passing yardage record be broken while on staff there. He loved it! He moved to Montgomery after that.

Congrats and tell him thanks for his dedication to the education and caring for the kids that pass through the halls of our schools. I left education in 04 and miss it on a daily basis for more than one reason but mostly the KIDS!!! Education is truly a chosen field that one answeres their calling and God bless them all.
