Buying a rifle from a TBRr but needs to be shipped. What's the process?

    This, if not Express. Our UPS nazis won’t let me ship, period… don’t even know their own rules.

    USPS for me on long guns. They can’t mark the box as to the contents.

    A nonlicensee may not transfer a firearm to a non-licensed resident of another state. A nonlicensee may mail a shotgun or rifle to a resident of their own state or to a licensee in any state. The U.S. Postal Service recommends that long guns be sent by registered mail and that no marking of any kind which would indicate the nature of the contents be placed on the outside of

      Take it to FedEx. They’ll check with store manager who will call someone then they’ll ship it. It will take a little time to find someone who knows the rules but they will do it knowing it’s a rifle then you’re covered if it’s damaged or lost.
