Reveal X issue. No flash at night

I have a new Reveal X that I have had in the field for one week. It takes great day time pictures. The few night pics it had taken the flash is not working. Has anyone else had this issue? I’ve reached out to the support team but they are very slow to get back to me.

By the right leg you can see the ground blind. That's about 26 yds

Yes, it will take a pic at night, but they’re just black. I have played with the settings in the app and nothing has worked yet
