Put pressure washer where you don’t mind gas on the ground. Pull carburetor bowl off with the one bolt that’s on the bottom. Make sure the holes in the bolt you just took out are clean, I use a small wire or hook I have laying around. You should be able to get air through it. That’s what happens to mine all the time.
Take off the breather and give it a quick shot of starting fluid. If you have a good spark, and we know you do 'cause you tested it with your "spark testers", it should start or at least try to start.

I wrestled with my Honda pressure washer just today. This here was the problem, little piece of junk got in, looked like rubber gasket that was cracked and in the bottom of my gas can as well. Still won’t run unless it’s on choke and won’t idle, but ran for an hour on choke with handle depressed.
I have had this drive me nuts before . Added a splash of oil and she fired right up .
This was me last week. Brand new pressure washer and even the little dipstick showed oil but just barely and it wouldn’t start. Took it back to northern tool and they called me today and said I owe $52 because it needed 3 ounces of oil….I hate all the little failsafes they put on crap!
