Tactacam reveal issue

Booby, I have an att phone and cameras. The cameras show 5 bars all the time and work perfectly(the app not so much). My phone ranges from no signal to a couple bars on my place. Most of the time one bar. Not sure what the difference is.

I think I figured out why my camera wouldn't turn on, so that much is good. Apparently three of my brand-new-out-of-the-box batteries were dead. So even though the total battery percentage was at 70% it wasn't able to power the unit.

Can anyone help or tell me what I'm doing wrong here? Camera labeled Dad's stand is on and appears to be paired up with the app when I turn it on and put it on Setup, but as you can see it's clearly not pairing correctly.

And it's taking pictures, I can pull the SD card and see them fine, but it's not sending them to me (I'm guessing because it's not pairing). I am at my wits end here with this.

I OFFICIALLY REGRET BUYING THESE AND WON'T BE BUYING ANYMORE.

It's obvious they have a ton of problems, and almost zero customer support.

I'm fed up and done with this ****.

So to give an update on my rant yesterday, Tactacam got my issue squared away, so both my cameras are working now. I'm still frazzled about the whole thing, but I am in a much happier place than I was 12 hours ago.

Evidently they had a bunch of cameras shipped out with SIM cards that weren't activated and that had to be done by their customer service on the backend. One of my cameras worked fine, but the other one, the one that was giving me fits, had one of the un-activated SIM cards. And there's nothing on their website about it, so if you don't know or don't ask you would just think the cameras bad.

So long story short I wasn't crazy or doing anything wrong. It was just something they had to fix, and they did.

I really don't know how they fixed it but it works like a charm now

Well it seems the issues have reared their ugly head again. I stopped getting pictures at 2:25 this morning, and I watched numerous deer in front of the camera at 8 o’clock today, so I know it’s not because there was nothing to take pictures of.
