Fishfinder shuts off when I turn on the trolling motor

If you have a 3 bank charger, you may be getting feedback thru it. Take the fuses out of the leads that go from charger to cranking battery and see if it still does it.

I do have a 3 bank charger. That would be the link between both. Good thinkin’!

If it goes to the same terminal block I bet your source will be there weather it’s power or a grounding issue.
