I would like to know the feeds and speeds for a 1/4" carbide straight flute drill, in titanium with coolant.

I'd start out around 750 RPM with a feed of .002 IPR
that's 50 SFM

This sounds about right. And make sure you keep plenty of coolant on it. You don't want it to catch fire.
