I think TX/OU will use this as leverage for reducing fees to exit. Going to be hard for Big12 to say they had as hard time getting new members when they added them so quickly. Additionally not having 12 teams could be a reason TX/OU wanted out and Big12 was blocking that only to end up adding them quickly anyhow…
