You call an electrician or plumber for service and they do it all…
Laying fiber and tying fiber in are two complete different trades. One takes muscle the other takes brains.

Again, be glad you have service. If it had bores you wouldn't.

I hope you're being sarcastic, but, if you aren't, you MUST be a union slob to think that way.

One guy comes out and runs/hooks up service. Add a spade shovel and an extra 10 minutes, the job is done. Happy customer/repeat customer. THAT'S customer service.

Lol. I've been in the telecommunications installation and bury business since birth. My dad was a cable guy. Done aerial and underground construction as well. I kinda know how it works.

        Jesus people.

If these guys drops were in a new front easement neighborhood with manicured yards and they were under 100 ft they would have been buried in 3 days. They are probably ugly jobs.

Specs for this are only requiring 6" below grade. Sub can use whatever means and methods they see fit.

I have fused fiber. It’s not difficult.

Have you buried a drop back easement in an old neighborhood 459' through 5 yards, behind 2 storage sheds, two of the yards all landscaping along the back fence, one of the yards full of tree roots? You gotta stay in the easement. One guy, spade...10 minutes?

This is the dumbest liberal karen **** in TBH history.

                    Sounds like poor infrastructure...
I would guess this scenario is 1 in a million.

So the answer is no. Lol.

I can't disagree on the poor infrastructure part. That's not even the worst scenario. Imagine the terminal being across the street and needing a permit from the city. At least these Karens have service and are just bitching about the drop not being buried. Lol.

Billy, I have done more than my fair share of underground.
Dam near every job I do requires a permit...
