The lack of water inside that high fence.

It's east Texas...there is usually enough water sitting on the ground to handle every animals needs I looked at the "water on property" accompanied by the pic to mean lakes/ponds...every east Texas lease I've ever been on have had more than a few low lying swamps that hold water almost year round
