Looks like hand troweled finish on ceiling and nail popped. Get a bag of 20 minute, or even five minute compound you mix yourself and replicate pattern. Prime and paint. -
Oh, forgot to add, go ahead and pull the nail out and put a screw in there if any concerns about it being loose. When I say hand troweled, it was sprayed and then skip troweled.Last edited by RR 314; 08-29-2021, 06:24 PM.Comment

Just a popped nail. House moves, especially with a lot of banging around on the roof, and the nails that are stressed stick out. Just cover it, no biggyComment

So, basically cover with compound and paint if there’s no sagging.
