Give her the meat and you get 1/2 or 3/4 back in tamales

She keeps the rest to do with what she want

This is kind of like the deal I had when I lived in Corpus. I donated the venison, and got 1/4 the tamales. Only 1/4 as she added in store bought pork. Still was a TON of tamales for each doe. Considering we ALWAYS had does to shoot, it was worth it for me.

There's not much meat in a tamale. Two front shoulders of of a hill country doe will make you enough tamales so that you are tired of eating them. Use your venison for burger/sausage.

I gave a lady by me all the quarters off a deer and asked her to make me some and she could keep meat to do as she pleased. She brought back more tamales than I could ever eat in a year and asked for 60 dollars
