I have just been hired by a management company as the Maintenance Manager for an apartment complex. If you are in the Denton or surrounding areas and have a high mechanical aptitude as well as any experience with basic appliance repairs, light fixture/ceiling fan changes, and basic carpentry skills. Shoot me a PM and I can give you more Information. I will be needing an assistant manager and a make ready tech so I have 2 spots to fill. Heating and AC experience a plus. EPA License a plus.
