    Diesel shop - San Angelo

    2015 F350 6.7l PSD threw a P205C code

A stored code P205C should be considered severe and addressed as quickly as possible. The SCR system could be disabled because of it. Catalyst damage could result if the conditions which contributed to the code being stored are not rectified in a timely fashion.

Anyone had this issue, recommend repair shop in San Angelo? Delete?

I had similar codes: P205 C Reductant Tank Temperature Sensor Circuit Low.

I dropped the DEF tank and replaced the heater unit.

Time for a delete. Not hard at all to do yourself. I did my 19 in about an hour.

Don't pay a shop took me about 45 min to change out the def tank heater. If you clear the code, you wont have to worry about limp mode until it comes back. If you're not ready to delete, just change it yourself. Super simple.

I'll attach the part I bought that and was recommended by others. Good videos online on how to do it as well.

Nope, i’ve gone in with a check engine light on! and passed with my diesel it’s just a safety inspection.
