Terrible, what’s the chances of walking right into a huge rock slide

I don't know much about climbing but I would not be surprised if she was crossing a spot and caused a rock slide that carried her away

That's the way I invision it. But I don't have experience climbing either.

We've also had a 41 yr old doctor die from a climbing accident this past week. He simply walked away from his group then was found dead from a fall.
The mountains can be unforgiving, predators are not the only peril out there. I fear a fall more than grizz, black bears or mt lions.

Very sad ending. I hope she didn’t suffer during or after the slide. I am relieved that her family can now put her to rest and not live a lifetime of wondering where she may be. RIP Tatum
