Article on the approach to our current times

I wanted to learn more about the bible and what it said today regarding a few subjects, one in particular. This lead me down the rabbit hole...ended up wandering around the internet enough and after one thing led to another, I found this on a website discussing how to approach the current times we are in with Covid. I would like to share what I found because I believe it gave me a new perspective.

How do we approach the current crisis? Perhaps a bit like Paul in a dark, dank, wet cell in Colossians: with gratitude that the gospel is advancing (Col. 1:3-8); with prayer (Col. 1:9-11); with thanks (Col. 1:12); staying firm in the faith and not “deconverting” (Col. 1:23); with the Word of Christ dwelling and planted richly in us (Col. 3:16); asking God for more open doors (Col. 4:2-4); making the most of our time (Col.4:5), and above all, living a Christ-centered, Christ-exalting, Christ-informed life (Col. 1:15-20).

Be blessed and stay safe folks.

That's the best plan going by far. Don't forget to put on the full armor of God before going into battle. Eph. 6:13-18.

Great passages ctom, we need to remember our great commission which is:

Matthew 28:19-20 "Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to follow all that I commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.

Everything that we are seeing are but the beginnings of the birth pangs so I believe that we are nearing His Rapture of His church. Just look around what is going on around the world especially Israel and look at our own country, Isaiah 5:20 "Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness; Who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!", looks and sounds familiar? Things don't get better just read the Book of Revelation and yet----
Through all this GOD is still in control.

      Just my thoughts,
      God Bless
