I can tell you the best cart guy on the greenscreen is Bowslayer. He is a few hours from you but he might be able to help remotely.

I have no personal experience with him, but many of our neighbors have used him and are very satisfied. He is in the Katy area, but worth a call to see if he will come to you. Good luck.
