I feel you. I have been bored out of my mind lately, wanting to shoot my guns, but don't want to burn up bullets, powder and primers. I fear the effort and money it will take to replace what I have. I want to go kill squirrels and coons. I would love to kill some pigs, but we don't have any. Over the weekend I pulled out my collection of 17 HMR ammo, and realized I could burn up those rounds in a hurry, if I started shooting critters again.

Shooting that pig had to feel good. From the sound of your story, it was worth destroying that cheap light weight head and possible arrow.
