Pickup prices just keep on climbing

$80,000 was already hard to stomach. I don’t need a new dually that bad for $91,000+.

You dont need all the platinum features either. Can shave off a quick 10,000-20,000$ there..

    But they are nice

Just give it time, chips will start hitting the lots and many left over 2021 trucks will go for cheap.

I e decided to just keep driving mine in hopes that in the next year or 3 the price comes down. It’s a gamble but I just can’t give em what they want for a new one.

Not sure many folks are in the market for an F450 either, but maybe, I’m wrong. That’s ALOT of pickup.

I’m just waiting for gas prices to go up. That will help to turn the tap off on the truck market. At that time, I’ll trade my hybrid car in, getting a premium on it, and a discount on the truck at the same time.

I am ready to pull the trigger on a Jeep. I just can't justify the cost.

I agree with bbqfab5909. The market will be flooded with vehicles so the prices will have to come down.

So my 2019 High Country with less than 15k miles is now worth what I paid for it. Great! but how would I ever replace it? Sometimes the status quo is not a bad place to be.

I don't need one that bad and sure don't want one that bad

Curious why you blotted the VIN out?
If you are not buying then what does it matter?

If you are buying I hope you negotiated quite a bit off of that price

Really not sure why anybody in their right mind would buy right now. Maybe FOMO? Same with real estate, equity is a long ways out and never for an auto.

What is your definition of equity? The "never for an auto. . ." comment is puzzling. Many buy because the price of a vehicle is financially insignificant to them. Many others finance 120% as they were upside down on a trade. Those are the ones out of their minds.
