which ear/hearing protection do yall use?

The molded ones, and I wear some Bosch blue tooth headphones most of the time!
But plugs I like molded

In for later. Been eyeing the Axil. Hoping for a cheaper option. Have been using the Walker Razor Electronic muffs, but they are hot when its 100* and they give me a headache from squeezing my noggin after a few hours.

I know you said you dont want the "big bulky" type, but I have had some Peltor Sport Tactical 100's for a couple years and they are awesome. Slim, light weight design. Never get in the way or hinder shooting. Give them a look.....

I use the axil. Sound dampening and amplify.

I tried them on one dove hunt last year and wore them bow hunting this past fall.

Did well for me.
Not as hot as the muffs.

I think they are Bluetooth as well

Depends on application. If I'm shooting alot of pistol and rifle, I'll go with Peltor Ultimate 10 combined with Howard Leight foamies. If shooting a match or shotgun, I use molded ear plugs, but Ill double up with Peltor when I'm not on the line.

Problem with just molded ear plugs or foamies is you lose hearing through the bones surrounding your ear as well as the inner ear. I double stuff as much as possible, my hearing is terrible.

I used to use custom electronic molded plugs for hunting, they went south after 8-9 years and decided to just use the regular molded ones.

Used to use custom molded ones for clays. Now I just use the howard leight foam ones. Rifle range I wear foam and muffs.
