Congrats on the new waterfront lot. For a while, the in-laws had a camper spot at the Best RV Park and Marina just down from you, at the end of FM 276. They are kicking themselves for letting it go. Our waterfront camp is on the south end, on the LA side between Pirates Cove and Pleasure Point. It's been in the family going on 50 years. Not many sights are prettier than a sunset on Toledo Bend.

You are very correct about Fishermans Galley. I have left that place many times questioning WHY did I eat that last plate of frog legs. LOL

Left early Saturday morning and ran east. My brother called and said he was going to be visiting Mom and Dad until late Sunday and mentioned he could help drag brush...........he might re-think next trip.

Got my water meter installed and continued to cut low lying limbs. Also cleaned up about a 20 yard section along the waters edge.

Dad and my Uncle supervised and approved, I guess.....

Put the boat in the water late Saturday and messed around out front of the lot.

Want be able to get back over until sometime around Thanksgiving. Breck's football schedule and hunting season will limit my free time.......

God Bless and hope all are sacking those dove and knocking the dust off the old bows.

Super cool friend, GREAT fishing in that lake get yourself a kayak so you can launch out of the back yard and stay in good shape for bow season.

Appreciate it, and that would be the only "in shape" I would get...ha ha. I will be putting in a dock with boat slip in the future.
