Don't take a group of 5 shots. Take less. 2-3 shots, rest, ruminate, 2-3 shots. Taking 5 shots may be causing a little fatigue, it doesn't have to be much to cause kick out.

As mentioned above, ID your arrows individually. Also, rotate the Nock on that particular arrow. Square off the ends of your arrows, check your vanes or fletching for uniformity, if you have a arrow spinner, do that. Weigh each arrow and verify weights are the same. Could be as simple as a miss-spined arrow, in which case I would break that particular arrow.

If your broadhead is grouping with your target arrows, you have a fatigue or form issue....you are good.

This is great advice. My 4th or 5th shot are always worse. Small amounts of muscle fatigue can show up big on shot precision.

If no bow or arrow issues- it's your form. Slow down you rapid shooting. Focus on each shot - burn a hole in your target- and release smoothly.

Hope these tips will help you eliminate that 1 in 5 shots!

Edit: Broadheads and FPs all group together tennis ball sized group at 40.
If all your arrows are grouping well and one appears to kick but still groups with the others, the kicking arrow might be what your eyes/mind think you are seeing. I can't imagine that you have a tuning or form problem and all arrows with broadheads are in a tennis ball size group at 40 yards.
