    Yessir, today was 7weeks that I have had the C1s on order. Not sure if I should wait another week or cancel and reorder something else.
    Maybe the Shikars, my next option. LoneWolf sticks might be my next after that.

    No luck in ordering the Tethrd Ones, which is really what I wanted. Seems they are having some problems with adhesive cracking at the step connection....easy fix I think.

    Yes, I do not think I would be satisfied with the Heliums, to much weight.

    Im a little perplexed to say the least.

      There are definitely some issues with the Tether One sticks.....at least with some them that have shipped. Maybe just a run of them or maybe all of them.

      The adhesive problem mentioned above.... adhesive??? on a climbing stick. Also the stacking pins either loose or broken. Tethrd is sending out retro fit repair kits if requested for the pin problem. I am not sure how they are addressing the adhesive problem.

      Here is a link to a discussion about the problem.

      When you go ultra light you may encounter some issues.

      Here are some reviews from someone that has used several different brands of sticks.

      The shikars had a little to much fiddle factor and the steps had a little bit more wobble than I wanted in an expensive stick. Also the Shikars will flex when you put pressure on them from the front.

      I was not a fan at all of the lwcg doubles. Its like the wild edge step of sticks.

      The custom gear minis are nice. Just enough fiddle factor for me anymore and I'd sell them.

      Beast sticks have been my favorite, no step wobble, no moving parts, easy stacking, bites the tree good, stacks easy, minis pack out great on the .5 and fulls pack great on my assault 2.

      I have heard reports that full length Beast sticks can bend....not flex...and not recover. Probably because of the drilled hole design.

          Good info.

          Apparently the perfect stick hasn't been made yet.

          I would love to get my hands on the Tethrd Ones, it is an easy fix.

            Well, Im a happy man!!!! Got my C1 climbing sticks.....very light!! Im excited to try them out. Very quiet when bumping them together, kind of a natural sound, no high toned sounds at all.

            So far the good;
            Light
            Quiet
            stacks together nicely
            Seems quality made
            Much sturdier than expected
            The Bad;
            Expensive
            the tree bracket looks a little narrow
            Functionality will be tested

            No doubt they will work. Next few days I will practice with them and report back.
            TNO was true to their word about delivery time...on the money.
            A test result sheet is included with sticks.
            I was on the brink of cancelling and ordering some LoneWolf Sticks. Glad I didn't.

              Well I couldn't wait! I had one climbing tether and used that to tie it off. Very solid. Some flex in the step, but manufacturer said it would be some. I likey so far!

                Well, I have made my rope mods, got some gear ties and been experimenting with packing and transporting the sticks and stand. Going this way is gonna take at least 20lbs of off my back vs climber. Gonna climb a tree tomorrow and practice setup and tear down, plus shoot some more.
                Gonna simulate a hunt.

                Liking this more and more.

                  If you are looking for a pack look at the eblerstock x2 . It's kinda expensive but it has a internal frame . I tried a few different styles but they all seemed to collapse .that allowed the sticks and platform to get lose and rattle..

                      Ditch the gear ties. They will fail in 1-2 hunts, but are useful when I strap my jacket and umbrella and such in

                      Look up titan straps!!!! Life changing
