Not worth it on rate alone. There are scenarios where it might make sense, such as dropping to a 15 year loan or maybe value shooting up and being able to drop PMI (if you have it).

This is what I am aiming for.

If we can drop to a 15 year loan and it only cost 150-250$ extra a month I would be pretty dang interested. Will be shooting you a PM towards the end of the year/start of 2022 to see how things are shaking out

Hats off to Trey. He talked with me and recommended that I Don’t refinance. He said it didn’t make sense with our situation. That speaks volumes that he would rather shoot straight as opposed to drum up business. Definitely talk to him if your in the market.
