They make stuff specifically for this. Measure what the thinnest spot will be and Google “Conrete repair rated for 1” thickness” or whatever your thinnest measurements it. I wouldn’t think twice to use a bonding agent and some concrete designed for that thickness. I know they also make some additive to put into the concrete to give it more strength. It’s like fiberglass strands.
