Deer Blind Windows

I will be putting windows in an 8' x 8' elevated blind. What are the pros / cons of using sliding windows vs flip up (out or in)? Also, would you use Maxxed Outdoor windows, DeerView windows or another mfg? Same question for a vertical archery window.

Looks like DeerView are several weeks out on delivery where the Maxxed Outdoors could be had fairly quickly.

Flip up gives you full opening where you only get half with the sliders. I've only used Deer View, but have always been pleased with them.

All of the flip ups we have open to the inside.

I have blinds with sliding windows and blinds with flip open (Inside). I prefer the flip open by a long shot.

If getting flip, to the inside is the only way to go.

He has the flip open style and I believe usually them in stock.

I have a blind with both. Definitely prefer flip up to the inside.

Not sure where you are located, but Dickinson Feed sells some similar to Deerview that are typically in stock.

I was going to recommend the Dickinson Feed Store too.
Also, our Atascosa blinds have sliders. I like them because you can crack them open on a cold, windy day or easily take one or both panes out for a wide open hole just like with a flip up. This makes cleaning them much easier too.
