Demon, inside and out. I'll have to give the permethrin a try.
I'll say this about bugs, I think the winter storm in February did me a favor. Especially when it comes to scorpions. I killed 15 of those bastages in one night last summer and no matter how much Demon I used I couldn't get rid of them.
This summer has been much better. I'm still killing them, but not near like I was last year.

We used to try this method, but now we hire the pros.
It's kind of funny how well we get to know our pest control guys at our places.
The one in Florida is one of my clients and will run over and re-treat if we see a single ant.
The one in Texas will absolutely soak the exterior, powder the attic access, and puts down new glue boards.
as a DIY guy, I hated giving it up, but honestly....they know what they are doing.
It's a CWI item for me.

I use Demon on the outside, on a rock or brick house make sure to spray into the "weep" holes that should be every few feet depending how many they used. Also hit the window sills, you would be amazed how a scorpion can slip through a sealed window.
I sprayed Permethrin around the inside baseboard 2.5 yrs ago and have not done it again. Any spiders/bugs inside are dead or pretty sluggish by the time they make it out where I can see them.

Same here but I’ll use Tempo one time then rotate to another similar product the next. Spray 2-3 times a year.
I use reverse osmosis (drinking) water to mix it so you don’t see water spots indoors.
