only number I can find is the automated help line. 218-282-5650 I need to talk to a live human - anybody have another number?

I've reached out to them twice via facebook messenger and received prompt replies each time.

I emailed them through their support website. And they got back to me the next day during business hours.

They got my camera back in working order.

Send them a message and ask them to call you. They called me to make sure I deleted my camera from the app and removed antenna and sd card before I sent it in for a re-flash.

I finally did get through to somebody. I felt a little silly when I found out the reason the camera quit Transmitting was because I had gone through my monthly allotment of pics on my plan. I upgraded.
