I enjoy RealAF with Andy Frisella. I don’t see eye to eye with him on every single thing he says but he has some solid thoughts when it comes to mindset and business growth. He throws a lot of other stuff into the podcasts as well, but overall, mostly tailored to building and growing business.

I’ve heard the Ziglar Show is a great podcasts, though I’ve never listened. I grew up listening to the great Zig Ziglar. He’s one of the greatest motivational speakers of all time.

I’d also recommend getting a business mentor. I’ve had a few and I can’t stress enough how important that always was to my professional development.
