Strange dream

As the title says, I had a strange and terrifying dream last night. Been chewing on it all day.

I was working my new shop with the garage door open and a stranger walks up and asks if I knew how to get somewhere. I started to say no and he starts pulling out a AR pistol and said "I didn't think so".

I was caught flat footed. I woke up with a beating heart.

Not one to believe in premonitions but have had a few strange coincidences.
I keep my pistols and AR at the ready out here in the country, but I hadn't, until today, started taking my AR to the workshop.
It's a strange world out there these days. Stay sharp!

Some people don’t believe in foresight or dreams having meaning, I for one try my best to understand mine. Now that you know what the outcome is going to be from a stranger walking into your property/garage, play it out if it should ever happen. Change the outcome and go along with it until you are able to defend what’s yours .

For about 5 years after I purchased and started carrying my Ruger LCR I would have a dream I was being shot at. Multiple different scenarios...never the same situation. Except that I always had enough time to draw with a gun pointed at me, and for whatever reason, the gun would never fire. Ever.

My whole life it was rare for me to remember my dreams. But during this time I always remembered this dream. Very life like and very real.
